Dispensation requests for gymnasts wanting to return to General must be put in writing to the chairman, giving the history of the gymnast and full scores for the previous 2 years.
Details will be cross checked with the relevant discipline.
Please note that if permission is granted, that gymnast must work at the level allocated to them by the GGTC.
Under no circumstances will any gymnast that has held another disciplines competition licence be allowed to compete below Bronze level.
